Freediving at Adventure Boogie!
As a freediver you can join Vid Ogris, our SSI instructor for a deep dive day in Lake Bled. If you don’t have (much) experience, you can sign up for a one day freedive introduction or commit for two whole days and get your SSI Level 1 freedive certificate!
For the course, a reservation and downpayment is required and can be cancelled latest two days before the start of the course. For the introduction and deep dive day, a reservation is also recommended as they they have both a minimum and maximum group size.
Bring:
- swimwear
- towel
- yoga mat (if you have)
- warm clothing
- water
- a snack

Freedive Introduction
Apnea Survival Course
A one day introduction for beginners in Lake Predil
Theory (total 60 min)
- Basics of freediving
- What happens when we don’t breathe?
- Breath up protocol
- Safety and rescue
Break: 15 min
Practice (total 2h)
- Breathing exercises
- Breath holding dry
- Breath holding static
- Breath holding survival exercises
- Rescue

SSI Freedive Course
SSI Freedive Course level 1
A two-day course including theory, gear rental and SSI certificate (if completed).
The first day consists of basic theory, dry and wet static sessions together with breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and equalization training.
Second day program:
- Dry breathing exercises
- Dynamic sessions
- Open water sessions
- Fish watching
Cost: 290 EUR - reservation required
Day 1: 8:30 - 17:00 at Lake Predil
Day 2: 10:00 - 19:00 at Lake Bled

Deep Dive Lake Bled

Guided deep dive day in lake Bled
For freedivers who already have their SSI level 1 or some comparable experience.
